FALMOUTH, MA

This project completely replaced the existing 65,000 sf 100-year old boat repair facility and marina located on Falmouth Harbor in two phases. The administrative offices and customer service pavilion are prominently sited on the waterfront in shingle-clad structures sympathetic to the regional vernacular. The service and ­storage structures are clad in steel siding and have an appropriate industrial aesthetic.
